Yes there are different types of paper. See the descriptions below.

Thermal Paper – Thermal Paper is heat sensitive and has a smooth shiny surface. It reacts to heat to make an imprint and does not require any other type of ink or ribbon.

Single Ply Paper (A Grade) – this type of paper requires a ribbon or an ink roller to print onto it. It has a matt surface and only prints one copy of the receipt.

Multi Ply – this type of paper has 2 (2 ply) or 3 (3 ply) layers. It can come in various colour combinations such a white, pink and white or pink, yellow and white and is used to create duplicate or triplicate copies.

A1 Retails till rolls are priced per box. We will clearly state on the item how many rolls are in each box.

We ship all items using a courier. Most of our items are in stock and we try and dispatch on the day of order if ordered before noon. Our goods usually ship on a next day service. Our goods will require a signature on delivery.

If you have ordered the wrong size of till rolls you can return them by sending them back to us via courier. We can arrange this for you and will charge you for the return carriage. Once the goods have been received by us and are returned in a condition that they can be resold we will refund your card.
